Annual research and development spend places RXHK at the pinnacle of power management technologies for large-scale applications. 

Our commitment to innovation is manifested in an R&D team based in Beijing. Every year we file new patents to protect our intellectual property. 

Pure research is at the heart of our R&D strategy as we seek to enhance fundamental understanding of electric power principles. We draw on these findings in applied research which focuses on technology developments and improvements.  Application development is always set in the context of commissions and therefore involves close liaison with customers, taking into account their individual requirements.

Our R&D team comprises electronic design professionals and engineers with specialist expertise in particular industry sectors. Leading institutions and other expert third parties are also involved in various cooperation projects. This cohesion and collaboration facilitates a rigorous, far-reaching R&D programme that regularly breaks new ground. 

Current projects include the development of products and processes to help make renewable energies more economically viable, to reduce consumption of natural resources and to cut emissions that are harmful to the environment.
